Refund and Return Policy

At Genesis Health Products, we prioritize product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Due to the nature of ingestible health and wellness products, returns are limited.
We accept returns only if:
- Items are unused, unopened, and sealed
- Return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is provided
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety and regulatory reasons, we do NOT accept returns on:
- Opened or used supplements
- Any ingestible product once unsealed
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Provide photos and order details
We will offer:
- Replacement, or
- Full refund (including shipping, if applicable)
- REFUND PROCESS
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours
- ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
